Salary: Competitive, based on experience, education and expertise. Possible option for contract work in the summer.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Licensed in accordance with the IDOE to perform the duties of a school psychologist. The primary responsibility for this position will be providing psychoeducational assessment for students referred for special education services as well as needed reevaluations. The School psychologist is responsible for running initial conferences and participates on others when invited. Being a resource to building staff on issues related to Article 7, outside evaluations, and assisting with FBA/BIPS is part of the position as well. The special education department at WCCS sees school psychologists as a valuable resource and encourages staff who have an interest in training, being part of committees, or taking leadership roles to do so. Staff prides itself on being respectful and supportive in order for the whole department to succeed, so it is important that applicants work well as a team, focus on the needs of students, and value professionalism Individual hired for this position will work with students in grades PK-12.

LICENSE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Hold Valid Indiana license as a School Psychologist. Highly qualified interns will be considered.
